All vehicles exported by Trust Korea Company Ltd. undergo a standardized Quality Control inspection at our Incheon Port PDI facility, to ensure the vehicle's quality and to inform you, the customer, of any defects such as scratches or tire condition. Inspection is carried out upon arrival of the vehicle in our holding center. Each vehicle is graded, according to Trust Korea Company Ltd.'s quality grading system, and photos are then taken for display on the website.

Grade 0 Parts Only
Grade 1 Damaged - accident damaged, Repairs required
Grade 2 Rough/ Poor condition / will require repairs.
Grade 3 Average/ Good condition
Grade 4 Very Good condition
Grade 5 Excellent to Almost new condition (Recommended!)
Grade 6 As good as new.

More than 95% of all used Korean vehicles are exported in an "as is" condition. The condition of used vehicles in Korea is such that reconditioning is not needed and only adds to the cost of the vehicle.

As each vehicle is supplied in an “AS IS CONDITION”, it is recommended that the following maintenance and service be carried out upon arrival:

• Change oil and oil filters
• Check tires, change as required to meet local standards
• A full maintenance service
• A complete valet
• Check brake pads and CVs, change as required to meet local standards
• Any minor/major exterior/interior repairs

Most vehicles do not need the above work done but it is important to be aware of any possible work that may be required.

All our Korean vehicles are thoroughly checked before shipping.

NO CLAIMS RELATED TO OVERHEATING ENGINES OR HEAD GASKET DAMAGE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

All owners and/or owners' drivers are urged to keep a sharp eye on the vehicle temperature gauge at all times.
