1: Vehicle Grading System

All vehicles exported by Trust Korea Company Ltd. undergo a standardized Quality Control inspection at our Incheon Port PDI facility, to ensure the vehicle's quality and to inform you, the customer, of any defects such as scratches or tire condition. Inspection is carried out upon arrival of the vehicle in our holding center. Each vehicle is graded, according to Trust Korea Company Ltd.'s quality grading system, and photos are then taken for display on the website.

Grade: Trust - Top Quality

The highest quality for used vehicles.
Excellent condition. Clean interior, almost no visible scratches, sound mechanics.
Only the best quality vehicles are listed in this category.

Grade: Trust - Recommended

Best Balance between quality and price.
Very good condition. No mechanical or electrical problems. No major damage on the body.
These vehicles represent the high Trust Quality our customers are familiar with.

Grade: Trust - Budget

Lowest Possible Price.
Vehicles inspected to Trust standards and are in fair condition.
Might have various scratches or dents.
If there are major defects or problems we will note them in the vehicle description.
No claims will be accepted on these vehicles.
These Budget vehicles are priced very low therefore they are not eligible for the Special Sale Discount.

WHAT WILL CHANGE IN TERMS OF VEHICLE QUALITY?

We have revised and improved the way we assign a grade to the vehicle after it goes through our acquisition process (cleaning, inspection, maintenance).

Compared to before, the following aspects are more important:
-Big scratches and dents.
-Interior conditions.
-Mechanical and electrical defects.

Compared to before, the following aspects are less important:
-Minor scratches and dents difficult to see.

2: Payment Method

Trust Korea Company Ltd. accept payments via the following means:

1. Bank Telegraphic Transfer or Wire Transfer

    Note: We DO NOT accept Bank Draft, Letter of Credit or Traveler's Cheque.

By Telegraphic Transfer

You can arrange payment via telegraphic transfer through your bank. All bank charges must be paid by the sender. Please ensure that payment is in US Dollars , and please include your Invoice & Stock number in the "description" field. All Bank charges are for the Senders Account

3: Bank Account Details

Bank account details will be notified through the Proforma invoice.

For the parts order, we accept only Western union or Money gram if the full amount does not exceed $5000.

Basically, all payment must be made in full. However, you can pay on an installment. In this case, Full payment should be done within 1 month from the first deposit. We will only arrange the shipping once full payment is received. For further information about shipping and payments please read our Terms & Conditions.

4: Extra Coverage / Warranty

Standard Warranty (as Compulsory) : Price:US$ 50.00-

Coverage Area: Covers from purchase to arrival at the destination seaport.

Coverage Limit: Full CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) amount

Warranty Included:

Only covers for marine warranty in case of vessel sinking, fire, or loss of cargo. Does not cover damage or theft.


Silver Warranty (as Optional) : Price:US$ 110.00-

Coverage Area: Covers from purchase to arrival at the destination seaport.

Coverage Limit: Full FOB (Free on board) amount

Warranty Included:

As above and including all damage caused by any source (force majeure excepted), and theft of all or parts of the vehicle excluding installed Audio/ Accessories unless purchased separately. Does not cover transport to inland destination.

As per our Terms & Conditions, all our vehicles are sold in AS IS CONDITION at the point of sale.

NO CLAIMS RELATED TO OVERHEATING ENGINES OR HEAD GASKET DAMAGE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

All owners and/or owners' drivers are urged to keep a sharp eye on the vehicle temperature gauge at all times.
